This electric fondue pot makes it easy to entertain without the fuss of heating a mixture on the stovetop first and then lighting a chemical burner underneath the serving pot. With a power output of 100 watts and a temperature control ranging up to 425 degrees F, the pot heats cheese, broth, oil, and chocolate fondues from scratch and then maintains them at just the right temperature. Made of aluminum with a nonstick interior for easy cleanup, the pot holds 3 quarts, ample for eight or more guests. It's also useful for serving warm buffet food and hot dips like bagna cauda.
